A local specialist renewable energy company has completed installations of solar panels onto properties in Croft Road and Morant Road in Ringwood.
Passionate about saving £££s and the environment. Mike Stephenson from H2Eco has installed solar panels onto properties in Ringwood. Can he help you?
H2Eco specialises in solar energy, including PV solar panels and solar thermal (which is used for heating hot water.) They also supply and fit rainwater harvesting systems where all collected water can be re-used within the home to flush toilets and run washing machines etc; plus they install home energy management sytems which significantly reduce energy bills and help you use power more efficiently.
Mike Stephenson who lives in Wimborne and runs the business with his wife and colleague said, "We passionately believe that renewable energy is the way forward. There is an initial investment but you will get pay back and also make your home more environmentally friendly. Not only that, but with rising energy prices it is good to be in a position where you can generate your own power and become less reliant on the giants."
H2Eco is registered with the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme), and the team take the approach of offering advice and clear information to home owners, and are opposed to any pushy sales techniques.
Partner Paul Bullimore at H2 Eco added, "There are many myths out there about solar energy, and we pride ourselves in an honest and informed approach. We provide free surveys and from there we produce a report which clearly outlines the costs and potential return on your investment. We also provide a complimentary Energy Performance Certificate as part of our installation package."
To demonstrate the various technologies in practice, H2Eco uses solar PV, solar thermal, rainwater harvesting and energy management at their unit on the Glenmore Business Park. Paul said, "We invite anyone interest to come by the unit where we can demonstrate the systems in action and show the computerised data which clearly shows how much money we have saved, or energy we have sold back to the national grid. It means our overheads are minimal in terms of electricity and water costs. We even run our washing machine using collected rainwater, and the tumble dryer using solar power."
H2 Eco installs on commercial and domestic premises across Dorset, Hampshire, New Forest and the SouthWest.
Anyone who would like to book an appointment for a survey or who would just like some no-obligation advice on renewable energy options including solar visit the H2Eco website or call them on 01202 918 486.
