Here's an interesting question... when a Ringwood company cable ties its advertising banner to a security fence on Ringwood Carnival Saturday and it's not a sponsor (so has no right to do this), is challenged on the day, promises to sponsor afterwards, and then reneges on its promise, what should be done?

Carnival Organisers and helpers give their time for free. The Carnival is also provided sponsorship from local companies who wish to support our Community. After overheads (insurances etc.) monies raised go to local charities and good causes.

So does this mean that the aforementioned company has unethically made money for itself by profiting and (arguably) taking money from these local charities and good causes?

Do we need Companies like this in Ringwood? And what should we do about it? What do you think?
