Nestled deep within the countryside that surrounds ICM headquarters, lies the sleepy village of Bisterne - home to an annual scarecrow festival.
Every year scores of people from across the country flock to the small village to view the multitude of imaginative scarecrows on display. A map directing visitors to each and every scarecrow can be bought for one pound, with all the proceeds going towards helping the Bisterne community. This years fundraising is in aid of ongoing repairs to the Village Hall.

Hi Jim
Nice to see you've written a great story, a story that I was unaware of. Sounds like a terrific country event, do you have an entry?
If you want to upload any photos its 600pixels for the photo album and 300pixels for news.
Please use this site as much as possible to raise the profile of your local events. The Pedal Car event was fantastic, Id love to join a team for next year.
