Little gem of bookstore
Unfortunately, I have never ventured into this shop. Firstly, it doesnt 'invite' me in, i.e. the outside of the shop does nothing for me, looks tacky. Secondly, I dont like the name, again does nothing to inspire me to check it out.
However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The woodend floors, the way the shop is arrange and based a little on watersones 'look and feel'. Once inside, it made me want to buy something (just the sort of response all shop owners want). I did, bought a cd and a card.
The man was warm and friendly, shop was clean and tidy, people were coming in while I was in there. Lots of choice, dvds and books on sale. Childrens corner with table and chair to sit in and watch a film playing. Great idea to keep kids happy while Mum browses.
Terrific once you get inside, I will go again, but I would like to see the outside a little more appealing.
